Q1. How much investment can I make?

Answer: Minimum investment JPL manages and invests from overseas investors is US$100,000.00, though this is negotiable.

 

Q2. What will be my profit margin and how long will I need to invest for?

Answer: This will depend on whether the strategy adopted is short term, long term or a combination of the two. JPL recommend a long term view given the high rewards achievable in the property market in the long term (see above). JPL normally achieves a 25% return or better given that it will only buy BMV properties with a 20% margin built-in. Property prices on average increase by 7 to 10% a year in the UK and considerably higher in London, margins of 40%+ are not unrealistic in a 2 year period.
